STEP CLEANING PROCESS FOR SEALED HARDWOOD & LAMINATE
1. Dry soil removal. Thorough pre-vacuuming.
2. Application of neutral wood floor cleaner. Suspend soil.
3. Power scrubbing. Agitate cleaning solution to break down
soil.
4. Rinse. Thoroughly rinse floor to remove all soil.
5. Speed Dry.
- Remove any remaining moisture.
- Place high speed air movers to dry floor.
- Inspect floor for any remaining soil, spot clean as necessary.
6. Buff floor. Buff floor to bring out the luster of original
finish.

STEP HARDWOOD / LAMINATE REFINISHING PROCESS First, we will check for
contaminants that would prevent adhesion. For example, if
it is determined that there is wax on your wood floor finish,
it would need to be removed. Then we begin the three-step
finishing process.
1. Chemically
"sand" the floor. Saving the hours, expense and
the mess of conventional sanding.
2. Repair products are applied to any necessary repairs
to the surface of the floor before applying the final finish.
3. Unique catalyzed wood finish is applied and permanently
locks with the original finish for an attractive, clear
finish that lasts.
The
next day, you'll be enjoying your newly restored floors,

What
